企画展「交換／交感」アーティスト・ラン・スペース交換プロジェクト 開催のお知らせ

📍大分・広島 ２会場同時開催

大分を拠点に活動するアートユニット・Olectronica（オレクトロニカ／加藤亮・児玉順平）と、広島を拠点とする美術家・井原信次による展覧会「交換／交感」を開催いたします。

本企画は、両者がそれぞれ運営するアーティスト・ラン・スペースを“交換”するというユニークな試みから生まれました。単なる空間や作品の移動にとどまらず、制作の背後にある思想や記憶、感覚までもが交差することで新たな“交感”の場を立ち上げます。

この構想は、井原が2025年に大分市美術館で開催されたOlectronicaの展覧会「Newland〈O〉」を訪れたことを契機として芽生えました。その出会いは「大分アートフェスティバル2025『回遊劇場 w@nder』」 @kaiyugekijyo への参加へとつながり、井原は「大分の記憶」や「ゲニウス・ロキ（地霊）」を主題とした立体作品を出展します。本展は、そうした出会いと対話の記憶を背景に実現する応答＝共鳴の場です。

広島会場では、立体制作や空間構成を通じて「描くこと」の概念を再考するOlectronicaが、ドローイング領域の拡張を試みます。一方、大分会場では、井原信次がヴァニタス（空虚・儚さ）を主題とした平面と立体作品を展示し、土地と記憶への応答的な関係性を探ります。

この相互交換による実践は、展示空間そのものを再構築し、「展覧会そのものが作品である」という創造的なプロセスを提示する試みでもあります。異なる土地と向き合いながら編み直されていく表現と空間の交差をぜひ会場にてご高覧ください。

Exchange / Resonance – Artist-Run Space Exchange Project

📍 Simultaneous exhibitions in Oita & Hiroshima

We are pleased to announce the exhibition “Exchange / Resonance”, a collaborative project between the Oita-based art unit Olectronica (Ryo Kato & Jumpei Kodama) and Hiroshima-based artist Shinji Ihara.

This project emerged from a unique experiment: the two artists “exchange” the artist-run spaces they operate. Rather than simply relocating works or spaces, this exchange invites the underlying ideas, memories, and sensibilities of each practice to intersect—creating a new site of resonance.

The concept germinated when Ihara visited Olectronica’s exhibition Newland〈O〉 at the Oita City Art Museum in 2025. That encounter led to his participation in Oita Art Festival 2025 “Kaiyu Gekijo w@nder”, where he presents a sculptural work on the themes of “Oita’s memory” and “genius loci.” This exhibition thus materializes as a place of response and mutual reverberation born of such meetings and dialogues.

At the Hiroshima venue, Olectronica expands the domain of drawing through spatial and sculptural practices that reconsider the notion of “mark-making.” In Oita, Ihara exhibits two- and three-dimensional works that explore vanitas—emptiness and transience—in relation to land and memory.

Through this reciprocal practice, the exhibition itself becomes a creative process, reconstructing the exhibition space and presenting “the exhibition as artwork.” We invite you to experience these intersecting expressions and spaces woven anew in different locales.
